They had to handle just a single referral for me which kept messing it up and I was on the phone with them every other day . Once they kept sending it to the wronf fax number Then when they finally did send it , they sent an invalid one which I couldn’t get an appointment and loss of time . for a month or two and their mailbox is full when you call them now ( that’s a good way to avoid people ! And drop responsibility !) so irresponsible! And they don’t care for people at all . And very very unhelpful. You guys are awful at what you do .

These people will leave you on hold for over an hour just to tell you that they are no longer taking calls because they are in a meeting which makes no sense and they will disconnect on you while you were on the line with them midway through the call and they will do it no matter if you are disabled or an elderly person or or any sort of individual who might need of more considerate assistance, which is very disappointing and totally uncalled for you can’t even guarantee that they won’t answer your call or even give you a call back very unhelpful people and I totally regret ever signing up with them.

I am impressed with the Renovations Cal Optima are displaying and the Happy Working Employees new location which are across the street from their previous office. Also Huge Genuine Shout out to Veteran and Loyal Employees who have Defined what Customer service Skills are., thank 🙏 you Ms Ericka and Jennifer and Mr.Edward ,if I forget your name, just keep getting your Grind 🙏 on. To say the least today's New Generation and changes in the Healthcare system and industry are a Challenge, however CAL Optima are not missing the Beat, thank 🙏 you for your service. Great program and honestly so thankful to have them!! Every call, every worker has been amazing!!

I keep getting pressurized health care assessment calls. I didn't call for this and many times have asked this to stop. HIPAA law prevents anyone from calling me about my health from anywhere. Please stop treating me like I need you. If I need you I will call you. Maybe a lawsuit is in order for everyone who continually harasses me by voicemail and phone. How much paper do you waste on mailing me this garbage, too?
