If I could give you 0 stars I would. How convenient ModivCare Planned Transportatipn isnt somewhere on google where I can leave a bad review. I have a baby and they put me with a woman who is a horrible driver. I actually screamed during the trip several times as she almost rear ended people on many occasions. Due to this happening I deal with calling their horrible company several times before my daughters appts to make sure I dont get put with said woman... I got put with her again. After I made a complaint. after I specifically said I refuse to go with her because it isnt safe for my child.... they always say they will transfer me to a manager. They never do. How convenient they dont have a number for me to call and they always hang up on me.

This health care is absolutely horrible!! There's a lump in my breast..made an appt.almost 11/2 months..are you serious.. Then i hurt my ankle back in April. I think I might have a hair line fracture..but I need this mammagram. So after I dofinally get a referral for the mammagram I can make an appointment for my ankle. And that will be one month and two week.. And it's a phone appt. Not a dr. Appt. i give up with these people.

Order a taxi the drive text me then call his office and cancel it. That morning I call got another one. He took me out was going to bring me back he took of. Now I have to pay a friend to come get me. It's cost me money this is not far Plus the taxi company will not call back

Really like my doctor, and location, admin staff are good at their jobs and nice on the phone, problem is you receive no medical care actually, just admin and blood tests, I've had meds thrown at me , that's it? Hum well I'm sure the fortune 500 centre corporation is making bank. In the meantime providing very very little care. GOOD FOR YOU

California Health & Wellness is one of a kind. When my doctor moved they helped me to find a new care provider. I was surprised when they noted my concerns about the treatment I received at a local clinic. It was nice to know someone is paying attention. Anytime I've need assistance with my insurance they have always helped me until the situation was solved.
