Best agency I’ve had the pleasure of working with!! I have my business and personal insurance here and the customer service is always top notch! For my business, i constantly need documentation which they get to me quickly! Highly recommend them!

worst place to go . too expensive quote and no customer service .

This agency is the worst. One of our vehicles was involve in an accident about 2 months ago, not only did they added the wrong coverage (only vehicle with a different setup) but we have not even been able to talk to someone there in this period of time. We are still being charge for coverage of this vehicle and after numerous messages and calls. we are still waiting to speak with one of the branch reps. Just today i gave already called 5 times and no one answers. We were force into this agency after our previous agent retired and its just been a mess since then. Stay away from this agency, their quality of service does not reflect all-state service, i don't know how the brand still attaches their name to this mess of a place.

I can't stress enough this is the place to go! Allstate Insurance staff is amazing! Especially Vinny! He is always there to answer any of my questions I have. If he is not available at the time of the call he ALWAYS calls back before the end of day! I appreciate everything you guys do for me and all my needs!
