If you're looking for an agent who does not respond to phone calls or emails this is the place to go. Mark the owner is irresponsible and only completes part of his responsibilities. In order to get want needs to be completed I have had to go to the office. The man is arrogant and curt. Their pricing on auto and home policies run about $200 more than many others. Don't waste your time.
Fantastic company. I live 100 miles away and I communicate with this company only over the phone. They were referred to me and I am glad they are my agents. Questions are answered, and services are rendered. I highly recommend. I have all my business and personal insurance with this company.
