After over a decade of working with CT Lowndes with many ups and downs I’m here to give some feedback. I’ve mostly dealt with Paula and have now recently been dealing with Tami since Paula has a full plate. Both of these ladies have done an amazing job handling all of my policies from auto to commercial and several policies for my primary and rental properties. Sometimes I can be a pain to deal with but they’ve always handled me with grace and compassion. I’ll continue to do business with these folks for many years to come!

Tami listens and then provides real solutions for our insurance needs. She re-shops our policies annually so we get the best price. She's outstanding!

Katrina Lane is the Queen of Customer Service with excellent knowledge of homeowners insurance. She was able to find the perfect coverage in a short period of time. She thoroughly explained the details and was patient as I asked a lot of questions. She even walked me through getting all the electronic documents signed.
