Too many issues to even list in a review. Can't ever get ahold of the landlord, terrible communication, rude, incapable of taking criticism without deflecting blame, and just impossible to get issues fixed. To be clear I'm reviewing their property management side of their business, I have no comment of their insurance abilities
Shocking management, over charges for repairs, does not follow his own contract. I got charged 700 for the following pictures with no repairs. Unable to take simple instructions like pass the proceeds to the new agent. Takes deposits and does not return the. Will be taking legal action against him
This is a review for the property management not the insurance. Have had issues with them since pre move in.
