Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Multiple requests to get a copy of the actual insurance documents and the request simply goes into a black hole, never to be seen again.

Awful service over the phone, and amazingly, it’s even worse in person. After going through a miserable automated phone service experience, the broker I finally managed to get on call with acted like they couldn’t have cared less about my insurance and my family’s well being. I decided to visit the office personally and met with the most horrid businessperson I’ve ever experienced. Ms. Thomas needs to find a new line of work. I’d urge everyone who reads this review to go with literally any other insurance company!
