I would give 5 stars but the cost of insurance means NO CAR INSURANCE COMPANY GETS 5. That being said, I can call a number and speak to a human. Try that with geico or any other brand. I will continue to be a customer just for the "human" aspect.
Great service and price. I was with Geico a few months ago and switched to Allstate as they were able to save me close to $60 a month. And I recently had a claim for an accident and they were there for me every step of the way. Really happy with Allsate and everyone in this office! They made me an Allstate customer for life!
