I called and spoke to Michael 2 months ago about health insurance, explaining that I was looking for additional health coverage for my 4 year daughter who has a rare cancer like disease. He said he would look for options and call me back. He never called me back. Even if it was to tell me he had no luck finding what I'm looking for I would have appreciated a call back. I would recommend calling Schumacher they call you back and treat you like a priority.

Everything seemed great here a couple years back until we found out that really was not the case. No proactive policy reviews, bad advice, and failing to make policy updates. Fair warning - use this agency at your own risk.

Joe is a super agent, always makes himself available, and all the other employees in the office are always very helpful and genuinely concerned for the needs of their customers. Would highly recommend.

Always courteous and pleasant to deal with. Offer plenty of different insurance companies to go with along with different insurances like home, auto and life.
