I was a customer for almost 20 years and the last few years she must be losing it. She never heard the saying “the customer is always right “. All she did was allow herself to engage in getting into political and religious disagreements! A very poor decision on her part! Well, she lost my business and mostly my respect!

Work with Fran, and she is very efficient. Switch me over to a better company with the same coverages at 500.00 cheaper. I'm glad I called burg insurance. Thank you Fran

Fran is literally the best. She helped me out so much She added a new car on my policy and when everyone else said I was paying minimum 400 a month for car insurance she got me down to 220 and I have a handful lol of accidents. I will recommend bridesburg insurance to everyone.

Horrible customer service from a man at the office on multiple occasions. He should be fired if he is not the owner. First service call he NEVER called me back with an answer. Second service call he called me back 3 weeks later to follow up. Also when we were quoted our 2 policies they didn’t mention anything about a policy fee. Once we signed we were billed $50 fee for each policy without being told. It was to late to back out because we were closing on properties.
