Budget Insurance

Thank you Budget Insurance of Yorktown for being the best. Mr. Kevin explained all the details to my dilemma amd made me feel like everything would be fine. He added my new vehicle to my policy within minutes and were far less than any other company could offer. Canceled all policies. Kevin use to be great at answering the phone or at least calling back and getting great rates for home and auto. Now he never answers the phone and switched my insurance when I got a new car to a policy that isn't consistent in its drafting and charges alot more than other companies. Customer Service is important it takes more than just speaking kindly to people got to follow through when doing business.

Friendly guy when you call looking to purchase insurance but once you have insurance with them, don’t expect any customer service. He gave me misinformation to get me to purchase auto insurance through Progressive and said my rate wouldn’t go up if we used the snapshot app but of course it went up at the next renewal. When I called and emailed Budget to question the information he provided at the beginning, I never received an answer and STILL have not received a call back after a month. Maybe he’ll notice I’m no longer a customer of his when he sees that my next renewal has already been setup with another agent.

Kevin is super friendly and found insurance for me at 50% less than everywhere else I called. I can finally afford to get my license back and keep it. Very thankful and will recommend this place to anyone I hear talking about insurance.
