Mrs. Green was outstanding. Very quick to assist me in getting my insurance for my car purchase. I appreciate the professionalism and prompt response to all my questions and concerns.

In the past 4 or so months I have purchased 3 policies with Krea. I must say working with her has been an absolute dream. I have commercial policies so things are constantly changing. I can't speak for the company itself, but I went to the website just to see what it was about. I filled-out my name, phone number and address. I decided I didn't want to go any further & backed out. Today, I get a phone call & I said just please remove me from your call list and he said its not a call list, you reached out to my website. I said it was a mistake, my apologies. And he RUDELY said, well, that was a waste of my time and yours and HUNG UP ON ME! RUDE! No chance for me to explain. That doesn't reflect well for the company.
