DO Not use this insurance company Carrie has had me all messed up since day one then blame it on other people she pass the paperwork to it was left undone she doesn’t know what she is doing should not be a agent company probably won’t even pay my advise Run as fast as you can BJ insurance is only about their commission not the paying consumers you have been warned RED FLAG! RED FLAG! RED FLAG! Negative 5 stars RUNNNNNNNNNNN!!! I cancel 3 months ago and she still haven’t got them the proper paperwork to cancel, Carrie my agent and this company BJ insurance is a waste of time and money! Find better this isn’t it

Carrie reached out before our policies were set to renew to inform us she was looking at other options. In the past, I don't recall the company calling me. I had to call the company.
