Bryan Helgeson and his team at State Farm, Holmen, have been great to work with. They handled our roof replacements in both 2020 and 2022 due to hail with zero hassle — no struggles, just straightforward payouts to get the roof fixed (twice). On top of that, our auto policy premium is actually going down, which was a very pleasant surprise given how insurance rates seem to be increasing everywhere else. Excellent service, clear communication, and a team that does what they say they’ll do. Highly recommend Bryan and his office.

Bryan and his crew have been a great resource for me and my family. When I first moved into the area in 2021, I needed vehicle insurance. I didn't know where to go, so I found a local office, and I'm so glad that this is the one I came across. Since then, I've bought a home, gotten married, gotten another vehicle, and had a kid, and this office has helped us to figure out what we need for insurance and how it's changed through all of the major life changes. Bryan and his crew are beyond friendly and make getting and dealing with an insurance (a generally not fun task) painless and I enjoy working with them! After getting a new vehicle all it took was a five minute phone call to get insurance set up for it, which was so nice. Bryan was very quick at returning calls and answering all of my questions. He provided an easy-to-understand quote within hours of my request and he did not try to pressure me into things that I did not want. He also didn't continually reach out when I let him know I needed a bit of time. I truly appreciate this!
