They understood what I was there for and even suggested someone to me to help eliminate my stress. He took the time to take care of everything he gave his word to do and promised me a call by 9 and he sure enough did call me around that time to come pick up my documents. Brunswick insurance has always met any request and answered any questions that I may have in reference to paper work, policies or insurance inquiries. I've ALWAYS had someone to answer the phone and if I leave a message for a specific agent, the call has always been promptly returned. There eagerness to serve, professional attention to my situation, and ability to make this small policy client feel as important as the big policy client is what keeps me there.

They are the worst company I ever dealt with. I called in July of 2016 to switch from a vacation home to a permanent residence. I actually call 3 times because I assume I would get paperwork noting the change, never received anything. So comes July 2017 I want to upgrade my insurance. I make the call to them and they still had not changed me to a full time resident after a year. I got the complete run around I was transferred to every other person in the office then after week I called back again to find out what was going on and no one in the office ever heard of me. Then I was told they couldn't offer me the insurance I wanted and suggested I go somewhere else. Now I'm getting the run around about receiving my refund check from them. Do yourself a favor start off with a different company
