I lost a family home in the North Complex fire in Berry Creek. My Daughter and I were so devastated. Bruce was very helpful calling me and reassuring me. State Farm assigned me Brian Gibson to evaluate my dwelling, I meet him at my property and he was so professional and helpful, he explained the procedure to me, as I had never gone through anything like this before. After he finished the job he called me and said I could call him anytime if I had questions. Brian really knows his job and very compassionate, and valuable asset to State Farm Ins. With the personal items lost, I had about 6 different Adjusters they were not State Farm Employees, but were contracted to work for State Farm. The first 4 I had gave me wrong information, did not know the policies how to list the items etc

Back at the start of COVID (June 2020) I broke down on the side of the road in a worst-case scenario. Blind corner, just before the guard rail, around the corner of a large hill, with a sheer drop on my side of the road, in the heat of the mid day summer with no AC (broken fuel pump). Bruce Karolyi was able to get me out of the situation and towed to my preferred mechanic's shop with a call to his office. Thanks again to Bruce & his team!
