Can only speak on our experience but this place was a circus. Called and spoke to Cameron for auto and renters coverage. She called back with some quotes. Next day I called back to enroll and spoke with Sandy. Sure enough the amounts Sandy was telling had increased from what Cameron had told me less than 24 hours prior. Sandy simply said “I cannot explain why that happened” over the phone. While frustrated we proceeded…or at least tried to. At the 29 minute mark of our phone call I eventually hung up to attend to my crying 9 month old. Over those 29 minutes Sandy asked me to hold 5 seperate times to talk to others entering her office and multiple other times kept me on the line while talking to other people. Very unimpressed.
