Horrible service, my premium increased over 200 dollars, first I sent and email via B&B's web portal providing our new address information and our correct email address. After waiting a week, I did not hear from B&B.With the policy expiration date coming up fast I called to see why i had not been contacted, I again had to give them the information I had sent in through the web portal to the rep, at some point during the conversation the rep admitted she had received a fax from the Vero Beach office a week prior with the changes I had request a week prior but had done nothing. The rep said she would call after checking with the primary insurance company and also see if a better rate could be found with another insurer. I waited another week. I did not hear back. Brown and Brown will not answer calls or return them. Penny Mac bought my mortgage from another lender, pretty routine. Penny Mac continued my escrow which included my home owners insurance escrow. They called and tried to update the information with Brown and Brown. No answer, no return call. Subsequently my insurance lapsed because of them. Not a professional insurance agency at all. Also I have had the experience trying to call them as well. Once I called 10x in a row just to get an answer and the person who picked up did not sound happy to. I would avoid this company if you want any kind of customer service.

Initially, they had amazing customer service and were very helpful. They got me good deals on both home and auto. As of two years ago, their support has been severely lacking. They've transitioned me through a number of agents. They don't respond to calls. I got a better deal on auto insurance independently, just a few months after they assured me I had the best rate they could offer.
