I really appreciated how she made me feel like my kids and I weren’t just another policy to sign that day. Even since then she has checked in to make sure my needs were being met. Does anyone actually work at B&B? I left a voice message two days in a row with no reply. I checked my auto insurance rates as they've steadily crept up and I got comparable auto at 30% of what Traveler's (B&B) were charging me. Then I checked homeowners and recieved quotes at 50% of what traveler's (B&B) were charging me. Wanted to give B&B a chance to review but no one returned my calls. Changing insurers now.

Beth Kidwell and the other agents are always so tentative to our needs and are always looking for comparable coverage at a lower cost for us.
