Avoid at all costs. The producers will tell you whatveer you want to hear in order for you to sign with them, and then a couple months later will always have bad news about pricing or coverage. Seems more like a call center saleshop than a legitiate Insurance agency. Again, avoid at all costs or you will pay for it later.

We are Owners in a South Florida condominium. Insurance is the largest of our annual expenses. Brown & Brown does not return phone calls. They do come to visit at Christmas with stale sandwiches & cheap wine but evade questions of the Owners. We have been trying to get an answer to the following question: When 100% of the units in a 150 unit condo have hurricane impact windows and doors, will this save $$$ for the Association's insurance expense? Straight forward, right? Straight answer would be appreciated from these Insurance Unprofessionals.

When I dealt with Brown and Brown along with Andy I quickly learned, if you are not a large business with very limited exposure they will drop you. They will start out at a low premium and then raise you up until its no longer affordable. Unfortunate business practice.
