I was waiting there from 10 am. My ticket number they called at 5.30pm. When I went to the window number 6 . Lady did not talk nicely. She just check the computer give me some papers. When I asked her about case. She looked at us and didn’t respond. I feel like I am very low person was there. Her behavior was very bad. My time my patience is not important to them. This is my 3rd time to visit there for same reason. They don’t update in the system. They are not answering properly.They are very slow worker. But downstairs they given tickets to consumers while 4th floor is packed with people. I saw some people they left without doing anything. They need some good supervision to work professionally.

Ms. Fields was extremely helpful, patient, and kind. She took the time to clearly explain every step of the process and made a stressful situation much easier for us. We truly appreciate her professionalism and support.

The majority of the staff there were rude and unhelpful. They either shout or talk over you instead of listening and allowing you to finish your question. Some of them would spend time chatting with each other instead of helping the full room of people waiting for a staff. There are a few staff members that were helpful and polite.

Will I win there to do my verification? Actually, the application they send me was in Spanish. Adding no a thing about reading Spanish, or what it was saying. So I was kind of confused so I went there that the application took it in the nest day and they lost the application through the cracks. So I had to do an emergency fair hearing that I am waiting for the letter now. So I can talk to a judge. I never got another vacation. Another problem from this place. And then when they looked into it, they said that I never did the verification, which I got a copy of the receipt that they gave me, that doesn't really make sense that they received the application. So you tell me what excuses this about? I live for cancer. I need my insurance. That is so important. Everything else is active. I'm not

I wish I could have given them zero for their services. I understand this place is always packed and recquires patience but the lady sat at the 4 th floor MLTC window 6 is rude as hell. She yell, she insults people she is so unprofessional beyond words to describe.
