We had a pressing insurance issue holding up a real estate closing that that Erica at Broadview was able to resolve in literally 20 minutes. And she dropped other work she was doing to work the problem for us. Completely responsive, friendly and helpful.

My situation was stressful as the clock was ticking, lots of business and personal issues, plus closing in a few days. The last thing I wanted to deal with was insurance. Luckily for me, I had Corinne Canastra as my agent and she was amazing. We did a quick introduction and needs assessment, that was all she needed to get the policy ready. To tell you the truth, every person I worked with from SEFCU (for both my Home Equity Loan and mortgage) was great! Best prices on home owners and auto insurance anywhere. Ours are through Adirondack Mutual Exchange and I can't speak highly enough about the service offered and provided by this independent insurance agency. Definitely check them out as opposed to just going with whoever comes in cheapest through an online search! An independent agent is ALWAYS the way to go!!
