DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY! I didn't want to even give one star, but have to, to post a review at all. I have been a loyal customer for 12 YEARS! And I have been calling them for 2 months trying to get policy, that I've had for 12 YEARS renewed. They DO NOT return phone calls. I'm not sure what their issue is as I have had great responses from them in the past, but recently it has gone to crap. If you value your time, go anywhere else. I do not EVER leave reviews and I NEVER leave bad reviews, as I don't seem them as fair most of the time, but this one was well deserved. So now after 12 years I have 2 weeks to find a new agency and a new policy with NO help from someone I've felt confident in for 12 years! That is a long time to be with the same insurance agency and company. Brightway Insurace

I was put in touch with Scott @ Brightway because my current insurance company was so expensive. After obtaining my 4-Point inspection and Wind mitigation report, Scott was able to provide us with same coverage for 60% less than out current policy. He provided honest, through customer service. This company incorrectly began my policy 3 weeks prior to my closing on my home. I asked Scott McKay to refund me the overpayment they collected from the lender for the time period prior to my owning the home and he refused to do so, blaming the error on the title company for not sending closing docs after closing. Not to mention, my premium just doubled upon renewal. I have since canceled my policy and switched to Kin, which offers a much lower premium and better customer service.
