Agents and the Owner at Brightway Insurance were responsive, positive, and helpful with the process of finding an Auto Insurance that fits our needs, and at a reasonable cost. They were recommended to us by friends, and we were not disappointed. After sealing the deal, we were informed that they will (over weeks ahead) forward to us “helpful tips, resources, and info on the products we offer to make sure what matters most to you is fully protected!” This is an added customer care perk, in our view. They encourage us not to hesitate to reach out if any questions or needs arise. What an comfort it is knowing they are ready to help!

I send so many people over to Michael at Brightway. He knows what he's doing, how to get the best policy at the right price. Not to mention, extremely patient with all my questions.

For a company who claims to “take great pride in customer service”, they are complete BS. I worked with Shawn L on a quote for a property. I gave him my payment info to process the quote, but the policy was never created. After learning that the policy was never activated, I called Shawn and he didn’t take any responsibility. And then, after all that, he said he would re-quote the property, and then he never followed up. I tried calling him and emailing him a few times, and nothing… Is this great customer service? No, Brightway Holiday has horrible service. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them.

Very impressed with the service I have received from Steve at Brightway insurance and his team. I have been receiving my homeowners insurance, boat insurance and commercial auto insurance through them. They have the most competitive prices out of every other company I have contacted.
