I had an extremely frustrating experience with this insurance company. I formally requested cancellation of my policy over two months ago and provided all required documentation showing proof of new coverage and that I no longer needed their services. Despite this, they failed to process the cancellation. Since then, I have continued receiving notices about past-due balances for a policy that should have been terminated. Each time I reached out for clarification, I was met with generic, repetitive responses and no real resolution. There has been a complete lack of accountability and urgency in addressing a situation that they created. David Deacon is a champ. Stellar service, even for Auto. I've been looking to shave some monthly costs and looked around a bit.
