Brightway Insurance - The Carlucci Agency

I have a home owners insurance quote with Brightway. Justin Thompson is highly unresponsive. He doesn’t respond to emails or voicemails. I sent him a few requests for a new quote for a rental property a few weeks ago and I have received no correspondence back, aside from speaking with him directly via the Brightway phone number, where he expressly stated that he received my information. Also, a month before this quote I’ve asked him for 3 flood quotes. I want to pay you for 4 policies. I am an insurances broker myself and have been one for over a decade. This is by far my worst experience with an insurance agency or brokerage where not only do I not want to buy 4 additional policies, I am actively seeking out a quote to replace the active policy I have to get away from Justin Thompson.
