Worst experience I’ve had. I called expecting to speak to an agent, instead I got a call center , then a text with a link and after I specified I wanted to speak to an agent I was text again. I would never recommend this company if you are wanting personal service. I was very clear what I was wanting.

Terrible customer service. They are not your insurance agent, they hand you off to insurance companies and when a problem arises you’re on your own. Insurance companies is one of the reasons we moved out of Florida.

Quite possibly the most inept company I have ever had the displeasure of working with..... Mistake after mistake after mistake has resulted in wasted time making phone calls, numerous emails and dealing with various insurance companies. Brandon was extremely easy to work with and contact when we were purchasing insurance. However, since then, it has been a nightmare. There were so many mistakes made that I do not have the room here to describe every one of them. Do NOT use this company. I think this is the first negative google review I have ever left. In fact, I was fine paying an additional $800 for 6 months of insurance just to NOT work with him again.

Brandon made the process of getting insurance for my business extremely easy. I called him in the morning and was able to get my Certificate of Insurance by lunch. His policy offered better coverage and was cheaper than the online quotes I received.

I refer all of my clients to Brandon. He is honest, knowledgeable, hardworking, ethical, and will always look out for what is best for his clients. I cannot recommend him enough for your insurance needs.
