all I needed was someone to talk about my insurance renewal . when i started receiving emails that I needed to sign docs to cancel what I had not purchased ,I had a chuckle . cant help but think I fell through the cracks. in this world of automation it happens . reminded me of dealing with the Government agency that does not work ...frustrating and time wasting ...

Tried to reach out to them twice. Absolutely no response whatsoever. This after my current agent does the same thing and I have to report them to get an answer back. So much for Brightway fixing that. Albeut, 3 weeks later, Iread your response. And no, if you read my first review, I stated my "current agent" fails to contact me. So no, I'm not one of your clients because no one contacted me back so I could consider becoming one. Plus, I do hope you don't mean just because you didn't see an email, that I did try to contact someone twice; have those sent emails still. Even if each office is ran (btw) *independently, someone should still respond to inquiries at the service email address listed at your exact location, which is where I got it from.
