Brightway Insurance, St. Augustine

I genuinely hate having to write a review like this, but after weeks of trying to get this resolved privately, I feel I have no other option. I have been a customer of Brightway Insurance in St. Augustine Beach for several years. In the beginning, the service and representation were excellent. Unfortunately, that level of service appears to have completely disappeared. In November, I switched insurance coverage and completed the required paperwork to cancel my existing policy because they no longer had reasonable options for me. The cancellation was never processed. This was only discovered in February after I realized I had been charged an additional $7,000 in overage because the policy remained active. Anastasia cut my homeowner's insurance premium in half! She is super knowledgeable about Florida's insurance legislation and how it pertains to me. Akimi was responsive and friendly. I'm glad I switched agents.

I bought a new home for my daughter to run her Airbnb and Stacey was very helpful getting all the right information needed for a STR coverage.
