My 1st call to Valerie Parsons was positive and very helpful. During that call I was given a quote and told I needed to obtain a 4 point inspection which I scheduled immediately and forwarded to her. After that, and more than a week later neither her or Ariel have bothered to return my phone calls or respond to a email although I was assured they would get back to me. All I asked for was a simple response and update either throught phone text or email as I know they have many more customers than me, but absolutely nothing from them.
