I wanted to write to you to tell you how incredible Steve Hickey has been to us as a new Brightway client. He was instrumental in helping us secure new homeowner’s insurance when our previous insurance provider sent us a non-renewal notice after 30 years of doing joint policy business with them. That may be typical for the industry, but Steve’s response was “I can get this done for you”. Within less than a week he had us married to a new provider. And he made the process as smooth as he could, being so reachable, professional and caring. He’s got a great insurance knowledge base to draw on. We’re impressed.

Once again, Bobby Raymond has provided outstanding service! I am a Realtor who has used Bobby and his firm for my personal homeowners insurance requirements and have referred him to numerous customers of mine, I currently am refinancing a personal mortgage loan and had a problem on Friday afternoon with the insurance company not providing the documentation that the refinance company required.
