I received what I thought was a spam email that I owed money to a workers comp policy. When I called the number on the email, I received a call back from Kyle Futch who said he owed the business, cussed me out, and then told me to find another company to service my policy because he only made less than $80 on my policy. He didn't try to help resolve the issue or help shed light on the situation. I highly recommend finding a different company where the owner doesn't get on the phone and cuss you out, rather they help you find a solution. Very unprofessional.

Kyle and his team are great to work with. They are very responsive and take the time to go over the details. I have had 2 policies through them.
