Brian Zimmerman: Allstate Insurance

Competent, efficient, friendly, service. I would hate to switch but I have gotten quotes from NJ m for the same coverage at 55 to $60 less a month plus paying only 10 months out of a year so I get 2 months off that would work right into the Christmas season. They also do apartment insurance so sadly unless there are some adjustments real soon I will be leaving Allstate. Nothing personal

I just spoke with Sebastian I believe his name was at the Brian Zimmerman Agency. I think this is the 2nd time I have had the pleasure of speaking with him. He is so professional and just such a friendly person. I have NEVER had a bad experience since being a customer at the Agency. I have Allstate Insurance. Calling an Agent is so much more personal than dealing directly with Allstate. They call me and send me a card on my Birthday. In every circumstance I have encountered with them, they have always been professional, patient, kind and efficient. What more can you ask for. I appreciate kindness and patience. If you feel the same, give them a call. Cannot hurt to try to save money and deal with such a wonderful insurance agency. Thank you to all the agents at the Brian Zimmerm

I didn’t even want to give 1 star!!!! Do NOT use the office!! They charged me for a policy that was never in effect and refused me a refund! Then, 8 months later, they contacted me for a signature on that same policy. When I declined and requested a refund, it now has been a joke trying to get a refund since being contacted in April 2024!!! Numerous emails back and forth requesting my money be returned and still, here we are, almost a year later and my refund was sent to a closed bank account that they want me to try and retrieve from bank!! I’ve never had such an experience….being erroneous and fraudulently charged, the. I have to fight for money that should never been taken from me!!

Dominic has exceptional customer service skills. I was an hour late for my appointment and he still helped me. He a complete delight. Everyone in the office was a delight. Great Insurance company and great prices.

Overall 10/10. This Allstate office set me up with an easy way to file a claim, set me up with a rental car quickly and easily when I needed it, and paid me directly for the repair costs before being due by the repair center. Allstate was responsive of my questions in a timely matter as well. Thank you all at the Pennsville Allstate Office for taking care of me and my car when something unexpected arose! It was much easier than expected to repair my car, a no hastle process that was easy to follow step by step.
