Called Sept 22 to inform them I would not be renewing my homeowners coverage. I also emailed them stating the same. Oct 1 the money was withdrawn from my checking account. When I called, I got the run around and was told it would take 10 days for the refund. It's a digital world with transactions occurring instantly. Someone forgot to cancel the policy renewal.

Brian is great. Got the insurance I needed in no time and is always there to help. Saved me money from the previous policy and made the whole process very simple.

Everytime we have visited the office, we greeted warmly. Our questions have been answered and, because we do not have a printer, we are able to get our insurance cards there.

Called to get a quote. Told them from the start that I was just looking for Auto quote. As soon as they found out that I was also a homeowner they started to try to question me why I didn't want a homeowners quote as well. Here is a thought, give people what they ask for and don't try to talk them into buying something that they were not asking for. I do not need to tell you why I don't want a quote on something.

Keeps sending me unsolicited junk mail. This place is terrible take your business literally anywhere else.
