I have to wholeheartedly agree with Linda's review. This is a good agency to choose if you don't want to be bothered or contacted, ever. If you don't want to feel supported or have anything explained to you. If you want to have your questions or calls mostly ignored. If you want to handle any minor incident on your own with no guidance. If you want any add-on policies to lapse or to discover increases to your premium without any communication. After a couple of decades with him, I gave up and secured insurance with another company and another agent who cared enough about a small account to respond and explain the policies and the charges clearly. after more than 27 years working with Charley Brennan, we realized he did not support us the way we anticipated. After some car issues, the insurance company denied OEM coverage, although the car was two years and seven months old, with 13,000 miles. The difference between the aftermarket price and the OEM price was $3000. Unfortunately, Charley is not assuming any responsibility for his lack of properly managing our coverage. They are better agents available who are actually making sure you have something that meets your needs.

Charlie Brennan has made insurance easy for over two decades. Excellent and timely service and always willing to help explain how to use Insurance services, what various Insurance services are, and never leaves you feeling pressured.
