Michelle Peterson usually handles all of our family's insurance needs. We have been with them for over 10 years. I am an accountant (and cheapo), so I every year I review our rates with other carriers and no one is ever able to come close to the rates they provide. Michelle truly looks out for the best interests of her customers. I try and over communicate all of our various insurance situations and she always handles it quickly and very well. She also always follows up on outstanding items. I am thoroughly impressed. Great job Michelle thank you so much!

Great until you use it! Loyal customer (Auto and home) for 5 years then dropped by email with 4-day notice! No call! Thankfully I caught it on my email that that "as of today" I have no coverage! WHAT? I called to speak with Brenda and was told she was not in the office. I asked if it was the SF policy to drop clients through email and the answer was "we texted you a week ago as well. Again, make a call! Even a voicemail would have been better. My total claim activity for 5yrs was 10k. My driving record is clean as a whistle. Overall, this may be a reflection on the Agent and not the company, but I would look elsewhere.

Grant and the team are amazing! So friendly and professional. I have experienced nothing but the best customer service each and every time I speak to anyone at the office. The rates are standard for Arizona, I mean, it’s Arizona and we drive like trash. lol.

What a treat do do business with this office! Grant quoted excellent rates for me and has been professional and responsive to all my concerns every time I have called. I changed bank account numbers - twice - in fairly short order, and Grant just took it in stride and brought me through each process quickly and smoothly. Brenda & Grant are the most knowledgeable & professional people I have done business with in years. Brenda talked to me 3 years ago & was unable to secure my business due to a recent claim. When she called me in August of this year I was schocked that anyone would actually follow-thru as she had! Needless to say she secured all by insurance, plus my son's, with better coverage, better pricing & uncovering the fact, after years, that one of my policies was written incorrectly. Recommend them highly!!
