I called and spoke to Oby and Edwin their customer service was above and beyond measure and word's . The customer service they provided was extremely amazing. They were very helpful and understanding they listen and go the extra distance to help make sure I was happy at the end of my service call . 💯💯💯💯customer service to the fullest 😊

This team is AMAZING... I recently relocated from NJ to NY and needed to change my auto policy. I had a great experience with Allstate NJ so I wanted to stick with them. I have been doing business with Allstate for many years. The office closest to me was shut down and clients were picked up by Brenda Stitt. Since dealing with her office and staff I have been highly disappointed. Phone calls have not been returned. I have not been able to get answers to questions regarding my policy. This has been very frustrating. Would I recommend this office to family or friends? No, I would not due to their non response to call backs. Because of this questions will not get answers. If you choose Allstate, please do your research. You want to choose an office where questions and concerns are addressed in a timely manner and not after a policy has lapsed.

An agent from Florida named David Schuman somehow cancelled my policy but thank God for Ms. Brenda, she had me reinstated. The agents from Ms. Brenda's office are made to help people like me, when terrible things happened. Ms. Brenda is doing a great job with her crews. They are very experienced, polite, respectful , and knowledgeable.
