I had your insurance though Kellerman insurance. I bought my home 9-13-2006. It is paid off now. When I bought my home that is when I added the insurance on. And in 2025 I never made a claim until than. Every time my roofer had a question you sent it back to Kellerman. And they always said no. You guys need to do better at customer service. I have canceled my plan with you and I hope in the future you make better choices!!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience filing a hail damage claim with Bremen Farmers Mutual. After multiple attempts—four separate calls—I was finally able to reach the only person who could handle my claim. Unfortunately, she was rude, abrupt, and even hung up on me during our conversation. The claim was denied on the grounds that the damage occurred before the inception of my coverage. However, this makes no sense because the roof was inspected after my policy began, and no issues were raised at that time. If there had been pre-existing damage, why wasn’t it documented or disclosed during the inspection? Disappointed with this insurance company after filing a hail damage claim. Adjuster never contacted me, didn’t want to cover. I had to follow up with him, to this date he never sent me claim information.

If i could give 0 stars I would. Hands down the worst insurance company in the USA. Any and all claims have always been rejected. I firmly believe they pay the subcontract adjuster to pay pennies the dollar of actual cost. Cannot wait.to be done with them.

This company has always taken great care of my claims. Premiums are fair and service is great!
