Breakpoint is out insurance TPA. My VPGM Zena had to reach out for help, and spoke with Selena. She was amazing and took oven an hour of her time just to make sure we were on the right track and understood. She even followed up on our upcoming renewal and reached out to the broker to make sure the documents were received and would be processed on time and then followed back up with us. We have 6 different insurance companies handling different pieces of our business, and She is the only one who follows up. Kudos to Selena!!

I received a bill from Labcorp which required me to call Breckpoint. After speaking to Keisha all my worries had ceased. She was knowledgeable, professional, and patient. Although this wasn’t my first about this situation. I totally understand my benefits now so I don’t have to worry about future out of pocket expenses.

Breckpoint was a good decision for my small business. I can offer benefits to my team without breaking the bank. The open network was hard to understand at first, but now that we have established providers, it is easy to use. And Kesia in customer service is so sweet to work with!
