BVW did not update age of new roofs at renewal for 2 years even though the agent was notified (BVW claimed roof age did not change the quote), when we found a much better rate on a much better policy elsewhere BVW refused to prorate our refund (short rated instead) and claimed the carrier makes that decision instead of the agency. BVW had a good agent several years ago, but when they left we had a very bad experience. Unsure if they have any good agents now, but ours was bad. I suggest shopping around and getting recommendations.

Went to pay my home insurance and had to get them to put my name right on the policy. Hopefully next year they spell my name right. Cause I've went in there for 2 years to correct the problem.

Braud Vaughn & Williamson and specifically Chuck charged me an insanely high amount and referred me to an absolutely terrible insurance company who gave me incorrect information about my insurance policy that another provider had to correct costing me time and money.

This is the BEST insurance agency in Southeast Texas hands down. Friendly, know what they are doing and GREAT service with great rates. They have a TON of carriers to choose from, wont be disappointed.

Lorrie Murray was able to resolve the issue that I had quickly and politely, very pleased with my experience with her.
