I have been with this insurance for 10 years now but had my first accident in February. These people have been the absolute worst in taking care of me. It took over 2 months just for my adjuster to call me back. I called several times, left voicemails, called claims, called the office, called my agent, spoke with supervisors all to no avail. They gave me several broken promises and excuses such as they were on medical leave or that they were no longer with the company or that they were just waiting on an estimate from the auto body shop. First off, you would think that if someone was on medical leave or no longer with the company that my case would be transferred to someone else. Excellent personal service. We’ve had to reach out a few times outside of business hours and Brandon is always willing to assist with our questions and urgent situations. Insurance is not something we enjoy paying for, but the peace of mind at having a company that helps, rather than hinders our claims, is completely worth it!

It’s hard to know all the details of what you need when it comes to insurance! Brandon has been so awesome and talking details with us and helping us discuss, understand and know our needs. He is an honest man and I know he takes the responsibility of taking care of his clients seriously.

We love our Farm Bureau agent. Brandon is always available to answer any question I may have, he is honest and I feel like he genuinely cares about my family and I as he guides us through all our insurance needs.
