Company started policy without receiving down payment. Withdrew monthly payment from account now wanted me to pay the 125 for the down payment fault on their end. Company should had verify that the down payment was taken out before starting policy.Also they sent me a cancellation letter say they're going to cancel policy on the 28th and took another payment out on the 29th.
I wanted to express my gratitude for Kay and Betty for all the hard work they do to help insurance agencies shop commercial insurance policies. They are compassionate, knowledgeable, transparent and a pleasure to work with!
This team always helps us issue business, and service hard to place policies. Been working with them for close to 20 years. Thank you-
BEWARE!!!!! Better read the conditions before you sign! Over $900 for two days of insurance!!!
