THISINSURANCE PREMIUM IS VERY HIGH. NEVER EXPLAIN TO CUSTOMERS, NOT AS BEFORE. I WILL CHANGE CAR,HOME, UMBRELLA, BOND, AND CUMERCIAL INSURANCE OUT OF THIS COMPANY, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. NOT AS 1 YEAR AGO.

Bradley Insurance was sold. Would not recommend the new company that has taken their clients accounts. Lack of customer service! Lack of education in insurance to get the job done. Don't have a problem or question!!! They take months to handle it and that's after talking to 6 different account managers. Not sure I have ever talked to an actually insurance agent yet!!

Garbage insurance broker. Will never return your calls until last minute. They do not care about you. Will not cancel policies when instructed to do so. They just want your money.

We moved here from MA and our car insurance policy ended right when we left so we had gone to State Farm and they said they couldn't help but said Bradley would. We went there 4:45pm on a Friday (15 min prior to close) and they were very friendly and helpful. We walked out at 5:30 with full coverage paid in full for 6 months! I would DEFINITELY refer anyone to them. Very nice people to deal with. A+++

This group really takes the headache out of all things insurance related. I had the pleasure of working with Kendall Bradley on getting a tax bond for a liquor license. It was done in less than 24 hours and the process was extremely efficient. Highly recommend this group!
