They're always really nice and very helpful. I'm glad to do business with them. They have the cheapest insurance I've ever had. I've been with them for nearly 10 years. I've had GEICO, The General, Infinity and a variety of others. I shopped around before swiching to Brad Nielson State Farm and they had the lowest rates by far.

Take your business elsewhere ! Unless you like to be overcharged and pay for others accidents. Rates increased twice because " we are having more claims" I had no claim... why should my family pay for them. I was lied to to numerous times about the rates and why my bill fluctuated so badly. Its because they take from some to give to others, while their pockets grow. Good riddance insurance politician !

I've had several policies with Brad Neilson's office. While State Farm is State Farm, I really appreciate how detail oriented Brad's staff is. They really care about the people that come into their office for help. That means a lot to me. I'll continue to come here for my life insurance and other things just because of how welcome I feel when I enter the building.

Descent priced insurance especially when you have several vehicles. I hate the device you have to setup. Goes off constantly at home. Do you really want your location shared or personal information shared on Bluetooth constantly. Not sure that it is safe now days tbh. My dad got fed up with the device and decided to pay more money without it because it is so frustrating. I agree because it doesn't work right.
