Brad McCain - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have loved my experience with State Farm, especially the help I get from Brad and his team! Alisa is so helpful to answer all my questions. I highly recommend to anyone looking for insurance coverage

I have been with State Farm for many, many years and my rates kept going up so I called and was told that's what we have to do because of rising costs. Then I read today that State Farm will be giving out refunds from them raising prices. I haven't had any accidents or anything to raise my prices except for rising costs that were brough on from our president. Hoping that means I will be getting a refund as many others will. So far I haven't had any issues with this office and I am happy with them. I have had State Farm for over 30 years. Every time I have moved, I always get State Farm.

Ashley and Guadalupe gave me contradicting information, both lacked customer service and follow-through. The entire experience was unprofessional. Would not recommend. Update- got what I needed from Allstate Insurance within 24hrs, I had been waiting with Brad McCain- State Farm for nearly a full month.

Alisa and Brad were both great! We were shopping to see if we could find cheaper insurance and we went with State Farm. Alisa worked to customize what we were looking for and reviewed everything in thorough detail. Glad we shopped around!
