Brad was awesome! I've used him for several years now for my auto (and now renter's!) insurance. He's very trustworthy and easy to work with. I called him over the weekend and left a voicemail. He called me as soon as possible and when I missed his call, he made sure to reach me another way to make sure we connected- even though he was clearly sick. He took his time to make sure I knew what was and was not being covered and walked me through my policy. He's very easy to work with and was incredibly informative. I highly recommend using Brad for your insurance. Not only is he professional and kind, he's also efficient and communicates well what needs to be done to take care of your policies and ensure everything is taken care of.
