Boyett Insurance

It looks like from other reviews that this agency has a bad track record. Before seeing these reviews, I reached out for a quote on 05/16/25 and an agent responded saying that she received my email and would shop around for me. After several days with no response, I reached out asking for an update and was told it would be the next day that I would receive the quote. After waiting a few more days with no response yet again, I emailed the agent and the owner this time and was told the carrier is sending the policy to underwriting and that it should be another few days. I waited yet another few days and when I didn’t receive a response, I again emailed the agent and the owner. It’s now 06/07/25 and I still haven’t heard back from either one of these people. The agent is obviously overwhelmed

This place never answers their phone and is terrible to communicate with I had to fight with them for 3 months over my flood insurance they refused to contact my mortgage company to get the escrow account settled it was so bad my mortgage company obtained their own policy so I was paying double for flood insurance. Just try another company don’t call they won’t call you back. I just called 3 times this week at different hours and no one answered or called back and I just need to update some information on my policy that is incorrect.
