I have been a loyal State Farm customer for over 14 years, carrying both homeowners and auto insurance, with no claims ever paid out to me during that time on my home. I have lived in the same townhome for the entire 14 years. In 2023, I filed a claim related to flooding caused by a neighboring townhome.
