Bob Smith has been our State Farm agent for over 40-years. He is highly professional, knowledgeable, honest, diligent/reliable, and has provided superb service in all situations. A well deserved five-star rating!

Our customer service has been great with Jeri at Bob Smith State Farm. Our detailed requests for documents that can be very detailed are returned to us accurately and in a timely manner. Jeri is our go to person and also a good teacher for someone who is unfamiliar with some of the documents needed for our customers, can't thank her and State Farm enough.

I have been insured with State Farm by Bob Smith's office for over 20+ years. I was recently in a car accident involving my 2023 Tesla. One of his staff, Jeri, was so helpful and informative about insurance for my next car I would need to buy to replace my totaled Tesla. She was able to give me a great rate for my new vehicle in one phone call and still had time to console me on my recent accident. It's nice to be known and understood. A great office that puts you as a customer first with great rates and customer service.

Bob Smith's State Farm office provided auto and homeowners insurance during my entire time in Sacramento, 38 years. They have been wonderfully supportive during claims throughout the years. In particular, Jeri Willoughby has been very thorough in her efforts to process claims and refunds. Now in Oregon, I'm hoping my new agent's office will be as effective as Bob's has been.
