Bob Gibbs - State Farm Insurance Agent

Exercise extreme caution when obtaining auto insurance from Bob Gibbs - State Farm. After a mere month of having my car insurance canceled, I contacted several agents who assured me that it had been reinstated. However, upon getting pulled over , I discovered that my driver’s license had been suspended due to an uninsured policy. The customer service department was utterly incompetent, and attempting to communicate through text messages or email resulted in delayed or non-existent responses. Despite the inconvenience, they always willing to apologize after I had to pay $150 to reinstate my driver’s license.
